The other day Joe left me a voicemail that simply said "I'm going to go to the art store and buy some supplies. Let's paint" and it dawned on me that I haven't painted in nearly two years. I don't paint anything in particular. I'm no artist. I like colors and I like the act of painting, it's very therapeutic. So last night while at my parents house in San Jose I got the urge to make something. This is what a made as a result of listening to Sigur Ros' new album from start to finish for the first time:
