Bike Porn

I've been wanting to build my own single speed/fixie bike for quite some time now, but haven't had the funds to actually move forward on it. Regardless, I've looked into what I want to build and how I want it to look. I decided a while back that I definitely want a lime-green frame with white rims. Originally I'd wanted to have a black seat and riser handlebars with white grip tape. When I mentioned that idea to my friends, they'd suggested that it might actually look better with a brown seat and cork grip tape. I was a little hesitant about the idea, but this past Saturday I saw THIS bike at the Ferry Building's Farmers Market and kind of fell in love. It's essentially the bike I want with my friends' suggestions included, but without riser handlebars.
How hot is this bike?!

Of course, I wouldn't build this exact bike since I was informed that all the elements that make up this particular bicycle probably total about 3K or so....which is so not in my price range. A girl can dream though...
