I sat down to a cup of tea and the SF Chronicle's Food section about 20 minutes ago and upon opening it up to page 1 saw this article about my friend Hoss Zaré's new restaurant in SoMa. Hoss is a genius of a chef and also one of the sweetest, warmest and most genuine men alive. He has a way of making you feel like you've known each other forever upon first meeting and his food really reflects it. Go try it out!
